The pen nearly ran out of ink from all the underlining and adding !!!’s

Thank you, John for putting this thing (entity?!) into the world. It’s certainly helped me think much deeper about what it means to be a (true) “improver”. I knew I’d be in (good) trouble after reading it!

Should be mandatory reading for anyone involved in business, systems… life, and imagining better ways to tackle the many “pickles” we’ve got ourselves into.
